Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Manages the payroll function of a multi concept company.
  • Includes preparation; completing reports; maintaining records for multiple payroll entities and cycles.
  • Serves as the company HRIS Administrator.

Position Requirements

  • Must thrive in a hectic, fast-paced environment
  • Great attitude, self-directed and motivated, confidential, goal oriented
  • Ability to relate to and build positive relationships with variety of co workers
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Knowledge and experience using Ultipro software, preferred
  • HRIS experience a BIG plus
  • Five+ years of experience managing multi brand, multi-state payroll
  • Experience supporting 10,000+ employee payroll
  • Experience with managing others in a payroll department
  • Proficient with MS Office and Excel
  • Successful track record working in a fast paced environment managing multiple projects
  • Experienced communicator--verbal and written
