Rick Wilbins, Franchise Owner

With more than three decades as an executive in top global companies and now as a franchise owner of Patrice & Associates, Rick is focusing on helping hospitality clients build strong teams.

An accomplished, change-driven executive with consistent record of break-through achievements, he brings deep and broad insights into the business of talent acquisition and development. Rick has recruited, hired and managed large high-performance global teams in more than 40 countries with $150 million budgets, negotiated multi-million entertainment sponsorship deals, and forged dozens of critical business partnerships. His understanding of the chemistry and composition of high-performance teams means he is immediately able to determine his client’s precise needs and laser-focus the search process to ensure the right candidates are identified and discovered quickly. Rick is supported by his colleagues in more than 100 offices across the US and in Canada.

In addition to recruiting, Rick is also an expert business consultant with broad experience with in Talent Management, Brand Development and Advocacy, Business Development and Sales, Corporate Citizenship, Entertainment Development, Executive Consulting, Film and TV development, Influence and Power Mapping, Leadership Development, Marketing & Public Relations, Strategy and Policy Development, and Third-Party Advocacy.

With more than 10 years of experience working with celebrities and managing related special events, Ashley brings unique insight into the business of identifying and cultivating strong talent for the hospitality industry. Her network includes a wide range of titles and functions locally and nationally. Catch her at any one of the many local hospitality-focused events.
