Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall business operations of 2-4 drive thru/walk in locations.
  • Strong delegation and direction to direct reports to ensure that standards are kept and goals are met.
  • Scheduling review, adjustments, and creation based on business needs.
  • Maintain proper staffing levels in all locations.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in retail management. Prior Food & Beverage experience not required.
  • Open schedule, with no restrictions.
  • Excellent communication both verbally and written.
  • Effective Time Management.
