Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • The Menu Builder build and maintain menus for restaurants on the app.
  • Work with the Project Leads to extract and upload the correct information in timeframes that meet the project schedule requirements
  • Work closely with new customers to understand their specific menu requirements so a fast and efficient menu build can occur
  • Work with project leads and clients to understand all the deadlines, tasks, objectives, and barriers to success. Set expectations with the team on any issues that may impact timelines.
  • Collaborate with photographers to make sure assets are received in time for menu completion and go live dates
  • Update all activities in Customer Relationship Database
  • Provide outstanding customer service to our clients

Position Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years in data entry and management
  • Knowledge of POS systems highly preferred
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prides self on customer relations and outstanding service
  • Self-starter, willing to do what it takes to resolve client issues
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Must live in Los Angeles, Houston, Austin or Dallas
  • Local candidates only. No relocations
