Franchise owners Jay and Mercedes Gray are goal-oriented individuals with extensive management and business development experience. Both have an impressive background in building client relationships, recruiting, hiring and developing talent to drive companies forward. Jay, a life long entrepreneur in real state, education and arts, has an impressive background in building strong relationships and the uncanny ability to bring together the right ingredients (client and candidate) to solve a specific need. He uses his research skills, refined by years of mining databases for current sales or searching the web for reference material for art projects/lessons, to find the top tier candidates. He is a problem solver that uses logic, creativity and common sense to create the perfect fit, talent and culture for our clients and candidates.
