My Approach
I have recently expanded upon my career objectives to include hospitality recruiting after many years of effectively identifying, employing, mentoring and developing skills for front of house managers, chefs, membership directors, accountants and sports professionals. As the former chief operating officer of multi-faceted hospitality venues, I clearly recognize the needs of the client in positioning excellent managers to maximize the organization’s success, in making effective hiring decisions to minimize future turnover, and the value of professional outside expertise in making effective hiring decisions in a challenging employment market. Having had responsibility for performance management in developing, coaching, training the team as well as providing support and direction I am able to identify the candidates that possess the qualities a client is seeking. As a mentor with hand-on experience in most industry related responsibilities I will champion the candidates, ensuring each is matched to an opportunity that will maximize their skills and challenge them to succeed.
