Johnny is a Business Development executive with an extensive background in the Food Service industry. Experienced in sales management, marketing, supply chains, and large-scale projects, his expertise and skills include management, P & L analysis, multi-level negotiations, and team management. He is creative in finding marketing solutions and managing resources and comprehends the critical significance of cultivating business relationships and competitive strategies in market growth.

My professional experience has afforded me opportunities and occasions to work closely with senior executives and management, to interface with personnel in staff and administrative positions, and to represent diverse organizations in marketplaces, as well as community services and community relations situations. Randal Harmon

Recruiter Manager
Randal is a restaurant industry veteran with over 25 years of experience in restaurant operations. He has done everything from Kitchen Manager, Bar Manager, General Manager and District Manager. Most recently Randal has been working in hospitality recruiting for the last 3 years. Randal has a keen understanding of how to match up the right candidate with the right position.

    Duke was always available. There were several times I made unscheduled calls and texts, and he always had time for me. 

    I am grateful to have worked with Duke Witte during my search for employment. When I heard the word recruiter, I immediately put my guard up, but it quickly came down. Duke proved himself immediately as being in my corner, and that he had my best interests at heart. I explained to Duke upfront what’s important to me, my beliefs, and my interests.
