Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • The Head of Sales is responsible for building and driving growth in the United States market.
  • Develop sales strategy, performance targets/KPI’s, track and drive results
  • Build and lead the sales team, making sure they are supported in meeting their targets, and coaching and developing them to meet their personal growth goals
  • Build and nurture key relationships, sell and deliver against personal targets
  • Be a standard bearer for the company in the United States, representing the values of the company for clients and the sales team.
  • Manage budget and reporting process

Position Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years as a Head of Sales or Regional Head of Sales for a POS/delivery system provider, beverage, food, or equipment distributor selling into restaurants and bars.
  • Excellent leader of people, and self-starter
  • Excellent communication skills, able to lead a team and communicate and work well with HQ and integration team
  • Able to travel 50%+
  • Bachelors degree strongly preferred
  • Must live in Houston, Austin, Dallas or Los Angeles
  • Open to relocation candidates
