Aloha! After 25+ years in business, both in corporate executive positions and as an entrepreneur, the difference between success and failure always came down to having top quality people with the right skills, character and personality on our team. Finding high quality candidates was time consuming and the agencies we partnered with just never seemed to understand our culture and needs nor those of the candidates they presented. That’s why my wife and I decided to start a management recruiting agency to help both clients and candidates in this process, which led us to joining Patrice & Associates as their franchisee in Honolulu, Hawaii.

What we do is quite simple, though not easy. We bring top-level candidates and great companies together and help both achieve their goals! It all starts with our comprehensive client “in-take” where we work with our clients to make sure we fully understand their business, culture, team dynamics, guest philosophy and goals. Only then do we go and source the right, top-level, candidates and we work hand in hand with both throughout the entire process to ensure a successful outcome is achieved for all.
