We develop a complete profile on your company including identifying your market position, value differentiators and talking points to market your company to the top tier candidates.

STAGE 2:  Ideal Candidate Profile/Search Assignment

We create a customized search assignment based on the Ideal Candidate for the position.

STAGE 3:  Search Strategy/Plan

We outline a sourcing strategy with timelines for presentation of candidates.

STAGE 4:  Candidate Presentation

We present a candidate profile(s) to your company with matching criteria for how it meets the parameters of the search assignment.

STAGE 5:  Client Interview Process

You interview the candidates and we work in concert with you to narrow down to the search to the top tier candidates.  We present final reference check information and you select your top candidate.

STAGE 6:  Candidate Selection and Managing Final Selection Process

We work with you to help you craft an offer to your top candidate and actively manage the negotiation and decision process to help you get your top tier candidate to accept the position.

STAGE 7:  Coaching during the On-Boarding Process

We provide coaching through the final stages including before, during and after the executive is on boarded at your company.  We work with you to stave off any counter offers to help you get your new executive on boarded seamlessly.

    David took a personal interest in me. 

    My relationship with David Israel began in early May/late April.  I use the term “relationship” because from the get go and through our conversations he began putting together a list of clients that would fit my skill set.  By reworking my resume, he made me more attractive to the possible opportunities (My resume was, needless to say, a hot mess), and got me into the room to talk to multiple employers where I could sell myself on those said skills.  Because of David, I was afforded two offers from companies so I could weigh the pros & cons, and make a choice that best suits myself, and my family.  The end result is I begin my new job next week!  My man David is not only an excellent recruiter, but truly a good man who will take a more personal approach to make sure you get a chance to make that first impression.  My only regret?  I will miss our conversations getting to know him better, and sharing in our life experiences.
