Why should I not post my resume online?

Posting your resume online is usually either a black hole or a black stain on your reputation. Most companies don’t use online searches because they don’t have time to read 100 resumes to hopefully find you – the 1 qualified candidate in the stack. But, sometimes HR folks and managers do go online, so who’s to say your company won’t find out you are looking? Don’t risk it. Rather than be part of the resume stack – we can move you to the top and directly to the interview stage.

Why shouldn’t I apply for a job directly on company’s website?

You can, but your resume may not get in front of the decision maker, or your resume may not be selected because they use key words searches which may not be in your resume, or the hiring manage may tire of clicking “DELETE” before they get your resume. We have the connections that can get you to into the interview process FAST.

Why should I not apply to a job posted on the internet?

The truth is, many companies place ads and don’t get beyond the first few respondents, either because they get too busy or they get discouraged by poor applicants and it tarnishes it for everybody else.   • David took a personal interest in me.
