Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Plan and direct all aspects of restaurant operations, catering and events.
  • Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
  • Play a leading role in building a service team, provide training programs and guidance
  • Work closely with Sales team to maximize guest experience and deliver on revenue goals.
  • Be the face to the community and build exposure making this a “go to destination”
  • Provide leadership to a full team of salaried managers and chefs.

Position Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of General Manager experience managing a high volume - high energy establishment - upscale casual dining or fine dining.
  • Experience with private parties, events and large dynamic operations.
  • Projected revenues of $10M+ from F&B/Entertainment revenue will require strong P&L management.
  • Passion and knowledge of wine, cocktails - and varied menu
  • You should be a leader with a positive attitude, enthusiasm and a passion for our guests
  • Demonstrated skills with P&L statements, financial reporting, cost drivers, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate, train and develop your team.
