Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Our client is searching for the right leader to step in, learn the business and GROW with the company, QUICKLY.  What does that mean - they are looking for the person who will run the front-of-house and grow the business through exceptional guest experiences and ultimately become the AGM in the true sense of the word (NOT JUST A TITLE).  So, do you want to manage a really cool, SUPER HIGH VOLUME casual dining restaurant and help the owners continue to succeed and grow?  If so, this is the place for you... SEND YOUR RESUME NOW !!


  • Good salary and negotiable bonus
  • PTO (1 week yr 1 / 2 weeks yr 2)

Position Requirements

  • 2+ years of Restaurant FOH Management/ Supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Alcohol Awareness & Food Safe Handling Certified
  • Read and understand standard procedures and company-produced documentation
  • Common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
  • Effectively communicate (oral/written) ideas and information
  • Attract, Hire, Lead and Develop Team Members
  • Work in an organized fashion with minimal supervision
  • Interact appropriately with Guests in the restaurant and the community at large
