Client Overview Our client is the most outrageous, high energy, fun casual dining restaurant where people go to PARTY!  Speak your mind - say what you think - drink crazy outrageous drinks - eat fun food - and party party party! While the food is great guest come for the humorous, raucous, irreverent, high-spirited snarky wait staff. This is a wacky and wild environment with the deliciously messy cuisine, zany décor, live bands and a let-loose atmosphere.

Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Support and Train the Kitchen where needed.
  • Supervise, Schedule and Train Kitchen Team Members
  • Oversee daily operations of the kitchen & ensure food quality and specifications are met.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and implement quality improvements.

Position Requirements

  • 4-6 years of salaried kitchen management experience in a full-service concept.
  • Experienced with working with fresh foods, and working knowledge of various cooking methods
  • High School diploma or equivalent. Culinary training a plus!
  • Must have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Will need to pass a background check - criminal & driving.
