Patrice & Associates will source job candidates through several different channels including discrete and confidential cold calling, a social media campaign, blind advertising in nationally recognized publications and our Patrice Way™ industry search to attract qualified candidates.
We will take a proactive approach, reaching out to candidates in the marketplace that may not be actively seeking the position, accessing our firm’s network of more than 500,000 qualified candidates and deploying other best practice recruitment strategies utilized by top tier search firms. Your dedicated Account Manager will deploy our strike team and assess the qualifications of interested candidates against those required in the Position Description. We will recommend and coordinate candidate interviews and support you by engaging in focused rigorous interviews, in-depth reference checking and coaching you through the final selection process.
Based on the scope and search parameters the terms of this project are as follows:
02. Retained Search
90-day replacement guarantee. If a candidate is terminated or self-selects within 90 days of their start date, we will replace that person with another candidate (one time) at no additional cost.
