Position Requirements

  • A qualified candidate should have strong work ethic and demonstrate the ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • They should be able to complete complex assignments efficiently on their own and in a team setting, respond with appropriate urgency to situations that arise, and be proactive towards solving problems.
  • The executive assistant must exercise a high level of judgment, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information and in interacting with all levels of individuals internal and external to the company.
  • Responsibilities also include managing correspondence, preparing materials for meetings, managing independent projects, and alerting management to outstanding issues and concerns.
  • They should  have good organization skills and be flexible and have adaptability, including a willingness to undertake both mundane and complex tasks with an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent computer skills including advanced proficiency using e-mail (Outlook), web browsers (Explorer) and the Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, Access, Power-Point) and Adobe is necessary.
  • Fitting candidates have typically worked in finance, the legal field, technology, and similar professions. (I would take this out as it can be limiting)
