Client OverviewOur Hospitality client currently operates and has ownership interest in 33 hotels located primarily in the Eastern US markets.   Patrice and Associates is the sole Executive Management Recruiter under contract with this special Client.   With 70,000 sq. ft. of event meeting space there is a LOT going on, and they are currently seeking A+ team members to join their operations in Macon, GA!

Position Overview & Responsibilities

Source, contact and contract all markets for rooms (<45) and event services for the hotel and convention center.   Responsibilities Include:
  • Sales activities – cold calling, meetings, client visitations and proposals
  • Client satisfaction
  • Clerical (contracts/proposals preparation, goal tracking, Delphi management and accuracy)
  • Weekly/monthly, quarterly and annual goals attainment

Position Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of successful sales experience in Convention Services, Banquet, Hotel Sales, Marketing or equivalent preferably with a full-service hotel and/or a large catering operations venue
  • Good employment tenure

  • I received a call from Clint, after he introduced himself he told me about a job he thought I would be perfect for. A franchise of the company I had previously worked for.
