Position Overview & Responsibilities

  •  Working with the CEO to establish the strategic instructor recruitment plan
  •  Generate and manage new instructor leads to meet quarterly goals
  •  Manage new instructor hire on-boarding and training program
  •  Build and manage relationships with schools and universities in Michigan for recruiting graduates
  •  Be an active member of our leadership team and assist with company problem solving and growth
  •  Build relationships with High Schools in Michigan and teacher associations

Benefits

  • No health insurance at this time but is planned
  • 401K
  • 10 days PTO after 90 days

Position Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience
  • Contagious excitement and genuine interest in people
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Has at least 2 years of related experience and proven past work experience
  • Established connections with universities and/or schools in the state of Michigan
  • Team player and willing to dig in with co-workers to make the company successful
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Local travel required
