Position Overview & Responsibilities

 
  • Ability to effectively analyze business trends and develop and implement plans for success.
  • Strong desire and ability to coach, teach and lead a team of restaurant operators.
  • Proven P&L management success, with the ability to teach that skill.
  • Strong planning skills.
  • Ability to effectively recruit, hire and maintain an exceptional team of multi-unit managers, managers and crew members.
  • Ability to represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times. (BE THE FACE OF THE BRAND)
  • Excellent communication skills with team members and managers, as well as the ability to communicate effectively to CEO and CFO and Corp Office Team Members (both written and verbal), etc.

  • Maintain exceptional Guest and Member relations creating a quality environment through staffing, programming, service operations, and maintenance.
  • Identify opportunities for Member events, food and beverage services, golf and recreational facilities that satisfy on-going Member needs and implement to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Recruit, select and develop a qualified staff  to understand the relationships between value, Member Satisfaction and Member retention/attrition.
  • Actively participate in Club events, acting to facilitate Members to create their own value, making use of significant personal contact as a means of gathering feedback.

Position Requirements

  • Requirements
    • CURRENT  Director  of Operations role - with multi-unit operators reporting to the Director.  IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST BE FROM FULL SERVICE W/BAR CONCEPT (National or Corporate Brand)!
    • Average Unit Volume - minimum of $2 million.  Overseeing 5 Units
    • Total P&L Responsibility minimum must be $10 Million
    • Must be commutable by car to at least one location under 40 miles
    • Minimum 5+ years experience as a DIRECTOR with at least 5-7 operators reporting to the Director
    • Minimum 5+ years experience as a Multi-Unit Manager (District Manager, Area Director, Director of Operations, Area Coach)
    • Ability to frequently work nights and weekends.
    • Reliable  transportation,  to ensure  safe and reliable travel within District and to Regional/Corporate meetings as needed.
    • Travel to locations daily, as required
