Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Use excellent people management skills to manage and motivate a diverse employee group on a daily basis
  • Assist in the recruitment, hiring, training, coaching, and mentorship of a team of managers and hourly employees
  • Assist the General Manager in financials of the units, including inventory control and ordering, labor and food costs, working within set budgets, monitoring sales, cost controls and profit and loss
  • Build positive relationships with guests, vendors, and staff
  • Ensure facility maintenance and sanitation guidelines are adhered to
  • Ensure outstanding guest service is delivered at all times
  • Other tasks associated with running effective, smooth operations

Position Requirements

  • Great FOH dining room presence with the ability to create an exceptional restaurant experience
  • 3 years experience in casual plus dining restaurant with $3MM + in annual sales
  • Solid P&L skills with a focus on driving sales while maintaining costs and quality standards
  • The skills to train, develop, and motivate a high performing team that’s committed to the brand
  • High integrity and the ability to demonstrate the company’s core values
