Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Develop targeted sales plans to achieve sales goals with Area Directors and General Managers
  • Develop Catering Supervisors on sales building activities, systems and sales routines
  • Cold call potential customers from the current sales database
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing catering customers
  • Track customers, sales, average sales per order, etc. and analyze sales trends to maximize sales results
  • Canvass local businesses to find and build a relationship with decision makers
  • Plan menus, orders and deliveries with customers
  • Build new relationships with neighborhood, community and local organizations

Position Requirements

  • Ability to interpret the business goals of the division and appy sales techniques to expedite the achievement of these goals
  • Solid business judgement and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented, logical, analytical and methodological approach to problem solving
  • Computer skills including intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and the Internet
  • Proficient with Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) software
  • Restaurant catering sales experience, preferably in a fast-casual restaurant environment
