Client OverviewWe are anticipating the opening of this brand new concept!  We hear there will be healthy menu items available as well as delicious coffee and tea choices.  This is no ordinary bakery and coffee shop.  Our hospitality client is setting the stage with a theatrical look and a touch of artistic flair!  Indoor and outdoor seating arrangement.

Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Create elegant quality tarts, eclairs, chocolate mousse, muffins, croissants, etc.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment; use equipment and tools only as intended, properly and safely
  • Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations
  • Inspect the cleanliness and working conditions of all tools, equipment and supplies
  • Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides, according to departmental standards

Position Requirements

  • Have at least 1 year experience as a Pastry Cook
  • Must have experience in upscale french style bakery
  • Must be hands on and able to stand on your feet for several hours
  • Have the ability to produce elegant quality
