 I’m an executive recruiter and franchise owner with Patrice & Associates. I’ve dedicated my career to the hospitality industry. For over 35 years, I’ve overseen multi-property hotel & restaurant operations.

My background in delivering outstanding service and providing personal attention enables me to help with all of your resourcing and staffing needs.

I live in Toms River, NJ with my wife Susan. I have three children and two rambunctious grandchildren.

    This was the position I was looking for and accepted!
