Position Overview & Responsibilities

Position Requirements

  • 2+ years of Restaurant BOH Management/ Supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant
  • SCRATCH KITCHEN restaurant experience with $3+ MM Sales volume
  • Alcohol Awareness & Food Safe Handling Certified
  • Read and understand standard procedures and company-produced documentation
  • Basic restaurant management math knowledge/ skills - rate, ratio, percentages, understand numerical data
  • Common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
  • Thorough knowledge of Labor & Food cost calculation and spreadsheet formulation
  • Effectively communicate (oral/written) ideas and information
  • Attract, Hire, Lead and Develop Team Members
  • Work in an organized fashion with minimal supervision
  • Interact appropriately with Guests in the restaurant and the community at large
  • High School Diploma/ GED
