A little over a year ago, if you wanted to go to any of the popular chain restaurants, you had to expect on waiting 1 to 2 hours before being seated. Now, not so much. Which definitely makes it nicer to go out. Last night, my husband and I went to Hooters and were seated right away. This is a new restaurant to Bakersfield which has only been opened about 3 months. In the past, that would not have been possible. Though we have scaled back on eating out, it is still one of our favorite things to do. Where I live people love to eat out.
